Since the beginning of the new century,with the rapid development of the Social market economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the rural to urban mobility has become a historical necessity,Rural-to-urban flow has become inevitable for historical development.A large number of rural people who have flowed from rural to urban areas have become a negligible rural presence in the historical stage.Rural Women have also become an important part of this vast migration,and their fate after they enter the city has aroused more narration and concern from the writers of local novels,because women in the city are not only the best way to build a story,but also the best perspective of the country and the cityIn this paper,the Social Group”Rural Women entering the city”in the new century novel as the Research Object,and based on sociology and feminist literary theory,adopts the method of Text Perusal,in the process of urban modernization,rural women living in the gap between the two civilizations and the search for and construction of the spiritual subject are discussed.This paper is divided into introduction,three chapters and epilogue.The first chapter mainly analyzes the reasons why rural women go to the city,and according to their motives and experiences of integration into the city,they are divided into three types of different female images,namely,those who go to the city to earn a living,those who yearn for the city,and those who marry and enter the city,through the in-depth analysis of typical images,show their difficult situation in the gap between urban and rural areas and their spiritual struggle and evolution.The second chapter starts from the perspective of gender,and explains the gender discrimination and pain of women in the two different cultural spaces of traditional rural civilization and modern urban civilization from the perspective of women and male gaze.Women’s new spiritual way out.The third chapter discusses the unbearable burden they face after entering the city,mainly the difficult situation of women living at the bottom of the city,the anxiety of seeking identity and the pain of conversion in the rootless city.Based on this,discussing the writer’s imaginative construction of the ideal integration method for women struggling in the gap between urban and rural areas.From the interaction of urban and rural modernization in the narrative of the novel in the new century,explore the spiritual trajectory of rural women from traditional tomodern,and explore their dilemmas and outlets in the process of pursuing “dignity” and“happiness” from the perspective of gender and urban-rural interaction.Exploring how women complete the subjective construction from their own aspects,social environment and external influences,which has certain value and significance for the reflection of the survival of the underlying women and the resolution of psychological problems in the process of urbanization.
