The book of filial piety has occupied an important position in the Confucian classic literature since it's inception.The ideological content contained in this document is not only easy to understand,but also very close to life and plays an important role in the long history.As a classic that systematically discusses the norms of filial piety,the“filial piety” advocated in the book of filial piety is no longer a simple filial piety that people take for granted,but more endowed with political color and enlightenment meaning by the ruling class.It can be said that the soul and core of filial piety lies in it's moral education thought.The full text of filial piety focuses on the dialogue and communication between Confucius and his disciple “Zeng Zi”,and mainly focuses on the deep meaning of filial piety.It not only reveals the enlightenment significance of filial piety,but also emphasizes that filial piety is the magic weapon for the ruling class to educate the people and govern the world at the same time as restraining the behavior of social members and maintaining the ethical order of the family.It is a great research value to grasp the moral education thought contained in the book of filial piety,not only to understand the Confucian classics,but also to guide the real life.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for the ideological and moral construction of contemporary society.The structure of the paper is as follows: The first chapter introduces the classic of filial piety as a whole :This paper mainly introduces the author of the book,the time of it's completion and gives an overall overview of the basic contents of “Xiaojing”;On this basis,by defining the related concepts of moral education,this paper further analyzes and discusses the origin of moral education in “Xiaojing” which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of the full text.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the main content and basic characteristics of the moral education thought in “Xiaojing”.The first enlightenment content of “Xiaojing” is to educate people to practice "filial piety",and then extend several other enlightenment contents namely "loyalty","benevolence","harmony" and "respect" which constitute the core content of its moral education thought;Based on the extension of the general characteristics of Confucian moral education,this chaptermakes an analysis of the basic characteristics of the moral education thought in“Xiaojing” and discusses the characteristics of the moral education thought in “Xiaojing”from the theoretical basis,ideological root,general path and political value orientation.The third chapter takes the practical wisdom of moral education in “Xiaojing” as the theme,and focuses on the practical purpose and methods of moral education in“Xiaojing”.The practical purpose of moral education in “Xiaojing” is mainly embodied in two aspects: cultivating the personality of "gentleman" and pacifying the whole world with "filial piety";Through the interpretation of the representative chapters of“Xiaojing",the author holds and expounds the key points from different levels.The fourth chapter is the historical analysis and Contemporary Enlightenment of the moral education thought of filial piety.First of all,it makes a historical analysis on the moral education thought of filial piety from two aspects of value implication and limitation;After that,it specifically discusses the enlightenment of "moral education" of filial piety to the ideological and moral construction in contemporary society,and hopes to draw lessons from the thought of moral education in filial piety,and extract it's essence,remove it's dross and make the past serve the present.
