Latin dance belongs to the sports dance,divided into rumba,Cha Cha,cowboy,samba,bullfighting dance five.Five Dance Latin dance the rumba style,graceful tenderness,Cha Cha lively and playful,passionate Samba cowboy,happy light,strong brave bull.In Latin dance competition,players need five consecutive dances to compete.Because the technical difficulty of Latin dance moves higher and higher,the demand for Latin dance players is higher and higher.Latin dance is a skill dominated project from the perspective of group theory.Therefore,most players only focus on skill training and despise physical training.In the long run,it will not only cause sports injuries,but also limit the development of skills.The core strength training applied to the physical training of professional Latin dance players can help Latin dance players improve the strength of the core area and make up for the lack of general strength training.Core strength training is an essential part of physical fitness training,but the core strength training is rarely involved in the physical training of the performing Latin Dancer.This study used literature,expert interview,experimental method and mathematical statistics to train the Latin professional players in Fuyang Normal College for twelve weeks.1,put forward a combination of core strength training methods of three stages of Latin dance special quality characteristics of the action,from simple to complex,difficulty from easy to difficult,to better improve the Latin dance contestant's core strength training system.2,comparing the strength test results after the experiment,it is found that the experimental group has a significant improvement compared with the control group,and core strength training can better improve the strength and quality of the Latin players.3,compared with the test of flexibility quality after experiment,it is found that there is no obvious difference between the experimental group and the control group.The core strength training does not improve the quality training of the Latin players.4,compared with the test of balance and coordination after the experiment,it is found that the experimental group has a significant improvement compared with the control group,and core strength training can better improve the coordination and balance quality of the Latin players.5.Core strength training has a certain effect on preventing the sports injury of Latin Dancer.
