| Sports dance includes Latin dance and modern dance,Latin dance also includes rumba,Cha Cha,Jive,samba and paso doble.Latin dance has a very high demand for dancers’ body posture,which is the soul of dance.The power to maintain a good body posture mainly comes from the core area of the human body.Therefore,how to strengthen the core area strength of human body through core strength training to promote the learning of Latin dance is one of the issues worthy of discussion.Based on this,this study takes the influence of core strength training on 9-11-year-old children’s Latin dance learning as the research object,adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment,test,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and introduces core strength training in the teaching of 9-11-year-old children’s Latin dance,to explore the effect of core strength training on 9-11-year-old children Therefore,it can provide empirical reference for children aged 9-11 to learn Latin dance and enrich teaching methods and means of Latin dance for children aged 9-11.The results show that:(1)After the experiment,the mean value of the four test indexes of core strength of the two groups is better than that before the experiment.There are very significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the three indexes of prone bridge,supine two head up and standing balance plate squat,which shows that eight weeks of core strength training can help 9-11-year-old children to enhance the core strength.(2)After the experiment,the average value of the five physical fitness test indexes of the two groups has improved to a certain extent.There is only significant difference in the index of lying on both ends,and there is no significant difference in the other four indexes(3)After the experiment,the experimental group had a significant impact on the learning of four Latin dance techniques,but the influence of arm movements was not significant,and the technology of influence was different;the control group also improved the learning of four Latin dance techniques,but the effect was not obvious.The experiment shows that the core strength training can significantly improve the learning effect of Latin dance.(4)The core strength training has a very significant impact on the four Latin Dances:the hip movement and body posture of Rumba forward and backward technique;the body posture of Cha Cha Lang De’s pursuit;the weight movement,body posture and leg movement of the cowboy’s spring legs;the hip movement,body posture and leg movement of the samba whisk(5)After the experiment,the students’ motive of movement changed obviously.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of physical exercise,body shape,appearance and no motivation;there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of teachers’ praise and reward,students’ interests and hobbies,sense of achievement and challenge.According to the conclusion of the study,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Experiments show that core strength training can significantly improve the core ability of students,so in normal teaching,we can introduce some core strength training methods,in order to improve the learning effect of students.(2)Physical quality affects the acquisition and expression of sports skills,but short-term training is difficult to achieve the desired results.Teachers should seize the sensitive period of various qualities and train scientifically,systematically and persistently.(3)In the learning of Latin dance,a lot of practice can also improve the technology to a certain extent,but the effect is not obvious and it will take a lot of time.Teachers can use some core strength training methods to help students better grasp the essence of the action and improve the learning effect.(4)The influence of sports motivation on students’ learning is very important Teachers should promote the improvement of students’ sports motivation and cultivate students’ lasting interest through various means. |
