The Role Of Understanding And Imagination In Erhu Performance

This article is to discuss the important role of "understanding" and "imagination" in the performance of music performance on the performance of erhu,and combined with the Erhu Concerto "A Heroine and a Martyr" to carry out specific analysis and research.Understanding and imagination play an important role in the field of music performing aesthetics.It is not only the inspiration source of composer's creation,but also the necessary process of performer's second creation of music.The performance art of Erhu can not only pursue its superb performance skills and various performance methods,but also the expressive power of music and the emotional expression of music.Only when the performer has a thorough understanding of the work,can he better interpret its music connotation.In addition,the performer's imagination of the sense of space,picture and image of the music in the performance process helps the performer better enter into the artistic conception of the music and shape the figure image of the music,which can show the profound connotation and rich emotion of the music.Through my own study and tutor's guidance on erhu music "A Heroine and a Martyr",the author combines the two abstract aesthetic concepts of understanding and imagination with the specific performance practice,aiming to better integrate the thinking mode of music performance aesthetics into Erhu performance art.
