| Chinese instrumental art has a long history,in primitive society,it has given us the vicissitudes of the ancient music civilization.The discovery of Jiahu bone flute in Wuyang is a reminder of the precocity of Chinese prehistoric wind instruments.Shakuhachi is an important wind instrument in ancient China,it was popular in Tang and Song dynasties and left many ink marks in the writings of literati.However,after the Yuan dynasty,it declined until it was lost,disappearing like a flash in the later music art,and a fragment of it is only glimpsed in the literature.On the other hand,shakuhachi crossed to Japan for many times during the ancient cultural exchanges between China and Japan in Sui,Tang and Song dynasties,which was continued in Japan.Originally it inherited as aristocratic instruments and props for special purposes on specific occasions,after Meiji restoration it introduced to the folk communities and formed a unique shakuhachi art.Since the end of the last century,under the efforts of the friendly exchanges between China and Japan,shakuhachi began to return to China.After nearly 20 years of development,shakuhachi has gained a certain degree of recognition among the Chinese folk,heritage institutions,researchers and players have reached a certain scale.However,in the days that shakuhachi back to China,how to correctly recognize and treat shakuhachi,how to learn and inherit shakuhachi is an urgent subject to be studied.Based on tradition and facing the future,this study studies musical instrument configuration,production process,basic performance method,notation principle and representative repertoire of shakuhachi,by using the methods of summary and field investigation,this paper summarizes the objects of shakuhachi,studies the development of shakuhachi current status in China,and tries to summarize the methods and ideas that should be followed in learning shakuhachi by combining with own learning,performance and teaching experience,learn inheritance model from Japanese shakuhachi school. |
