Research On Rural Culture Construction In The Hehuang Region Of Qinghai Province From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

After decades of reform and opening up,the major contradictions in our society have shifted to "unbalanced and inadequate development." To alleviate this contradiction,we must accelerate the development of various aspects in rural areas and narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.In the process of implementation,cultural revitalization was achieved by strengthening rural cultural construction,and the development of rural culture was promoted through the development and prosperity of rural culture,which helped to resolve social conflicts.Therefore,under such a background,it is of great practical significance to systematically and comprehensively study the rural cultural construction in the Hehuang region of Qinghai province.This study provides a reference for the continuous promotion of rural cultural construction in the Hehuang region of Qinghai province by combing the main leaders of our country’s rural cultural construction as a theoretical basis,and then analyzing the situation and problems of rural cultural construction in the Hehuang region of Qinghai province in the new historical period.This study defines the core concepts and combs some important expositions and main ideas on rural cultural construction put forward by the main leaders of China,and points out the direction for how to find effective ways in rural cultural construction in the Hehuang region of Qinghai province under the rural revitalization strategy.Then through the method of questionnaires and household interviews,the current situation of rural cultural construction in the Hehuang region of Qinghai province was investigated,the advantages and achievements in rural cultural construction in this region were analyzed,and the potential for the development of rural cultural construction was clarified.Combining the first-hand information obtained in the investigation and research,we discuss the shortcomings and defects in the construction of rural culture in this area from six aspects.It pointed out that the cultural facilities,cultural construction teams,farmers’ enthusiasm for participation,basic education,forms of cultural activities,and farmers’ behavior and habits in the region delayed the process of rural cultural development.Finally,in the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,some suggestions were made for rural cultural construction in the Hehuang region of Qinghai province.
