A Study On The Construction Of Rural Culture In China

With the further development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization, it’s position and role, culture as a kind of soft power, appears more and more prominent in the international competition. The report,the 18 th national congress of the communist party,pointed out that to build a well-off society in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, must promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. Rural culture is an important part of socialist culture. The rural cultural construction provides important spiritual motivation and intellectual support for the rural development. However, the present stage of rural cultural development is relatively lagging, therefore, to strengthen the construction of rural culture is urgently needed. Shaanxi Province have a great many resources,as Shaanxi’s rural cultural development for instance to search path of accelerating the development of rural culture, it have a certain reference value to acclerate national rural culture development.This thesis is divided into six parts to discuss.The first part is the introduction. It includes selected topic background and significance,research status at home and abroad and review,the main content of this article,the innovation and defiociencies of this paper.The second part is the relative theory of rural culture. It includes the connotation of culture,rural culture,rural culture construction,the function of rural culture,and the main content,guiding ideology,goal and significance of rural culture construction.The third part is related to the investigation of the cultural development in rural areas in China,and it gives enlightenment to the present stage of rural culture construction.The fourth part mainly analyzes the current situation and achievement of rural culture in Shaanxi Province. Current situation and achievements of the rural culture construction in Shaanxi Province is mainly manifested in the following five aspects: the first is investment increases significantly, the second is cultural facilities is more perfect,the third is cultural activities is increasingly rich, the fourth is that the traditional culture is protected, the fifth is the cultural industrialization have made a very good start.The fifth part points out the existing problems in the rural cultural construction of Shaanxi Province and gave the corresponding reasons. Shaanxi Province has made some achievements in the rural cultural construction, but also has a lot of problems: the first is the cultural development don’t balance, the second is cultural facilities is simple,backward and low utilization rate,The third is farmer’s cultural life is monotonous,the fourth is rural cultural industry development is slow, the fifth is the cultural market development is not sound. There are six reasons for these problems: the first is local government don’t gave enough attention to the rural cultural construction, the second is rural economic and social development level is low, the third is rural culture construction lacks of subject, the fourth is the overall farmers’ cultural level is low,the fifth is rural cultural team construction is lag,the sixth is negative culture in rural areas have a certain market.The sixth part gives the Suggestions to speed up the development of rural culture.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper probes into how to accelerate the development of rural culture,and gave four aspects of countermeasures and Suggestions: the first suggestion is the government must attach great importance to rural cultural construction,the second suggest is to speed up to build a modern rural public cultural service system, the third measure is to boost rural culture development to industrialization,and accelerate an extension of cultural industry to rural areas,the fourth is to attach and strengthen the construction of the rural cultural talent team.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide a scientifically reference to develop rural cultural and perfect rural culture development policy.
