Research On Evaluation Index Of Public Digital Culture Cloud Platform From The Perspective Of High Quality Development

China has excellent cultural heritage traditions and rich culture heritage resources.Improving the quality of public cultural services is the basis for improving cultural self-confidence.Public Digital Culture Services are based on public culture,accompanied by a form of data generated by cloud computing,big data,and knowledge processing.Public Digital Culture Services use modern technology to break through the limitations of region,time,and space,and provide more convenient,inclusive and equal cultural services.Public Culture Digital Cloud platform is the product of mutual assistance of public digital cultural resource sharing platform and cloud computing technology,and it is the result of Public Culture Service based on the development of science and technology.At present,there are certain advantages and shortcomings in the development of Public Culture Digital Cloud platform.How to evaluate the service efficiency of Public Culture Digital Cloud platform better,so as to complement each other and improve platform service efficiency is an indispensable part of the research on Public Digital Culture Services.This study evaluates and optimizes Public Digital Culture Service from the perspective of high-quality development.While exploring the history and current status of the development of Public Culture Digital Cloud platform,it summarizes the multi-platform sharing of resources,the agglomeration effect of platforms,and Economic characteristics.Secondly,On the basis of theoretical research,focusing on the evaluation system of public digital cultural cloud,using existing software and service models,combined with literature analysis for the cultural service maturity,user service level,system availability of Jiading Digital Cloud platform from resources,management,application,Users,costs and other dimensions,from shallow to deep,then aquantifiable three-tier evaluation index system was developed.Based on the existing construction results and assessment process,the principle of index selection was determined,and the level and index of the evaluation system were strictly selected.Consistency test to determine the effectiveness of the system.Finally,under the guidance of the indicator system,the role of different roles of cultural cloud users,public cultural service institutions and social forces in the Public Digital Culture Cloud platform is comprehensively studied,and corresponding strategies for improving user demand feedback mechanisms are proposed to serve public digital cultural services for providing a reference for the road of high-quality development.
