Research On The Evaluation Index Of Cultural Cloud Service Capability Maturity

With the development of modern science and technology and society,the people's material living standards are constantly improving,and the spiritual and cultural needs of the people are also demanding higher and higher.Faced with the new background and new requirements of the new era,the state has carried out public digital cultural service construction to protect the people's cultural rights and interests,but in the process of construction and development,it faces problems such as information islands,digital divide,and low resource utilization.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of cultural cloud service capabilities in China,and it is necessary to construct an evaluation system that is scientific,reasonable,operability,and quantitative.In this way,we can reasonably judge the construction of China's cultural cloud platform services,and provide reasonable evaluation standards and suggestions for improvement of future cultural cloud development and improvement.This paper studies the cultural cloud service capabilities by referring to the theory and concepts of the CMM capability maturity model.Firstly,the concept of cultural cloud is analyzed,and the existing cultural cloud service platform is analyzed and analyzed.The cultural cloud service capability maturity model is further combined with the service content,service characteristics,service model and related policy orientation of the cultural cloud.Therefore,based on the model,combined with the e-government model,public cultural digital service construction research,relevant evaluation model indicators and related literature,a reliable evaluation index system is established,and the analytic hierarchy process and the cultural cloud are further understood.The experts and practitioners conduct empirical research to determine the weight and credibility of the indicators.Finally,the actual cases are selected and evaluated using the established evaluation index system to determine the operability,effectiveness and scientificity of the evaluation system.
