From the perspective of the international environment,since the reform and opening up,the continuous improvement of China's economic strength and political influence has made China increasingly indispensable in the international arena.China's influence in the handling of international affairs is also growing day by day,and it is taking an indispensable responsibility in maintaining the balance of world power and maintaining world peace.At the same time,in the international discourse system,China has gradually occupied a place.In this context,as an important part of international communication,cross-border ethnic communication undertakes the mission of telling Chinese stories,which is of great value to China's Peripheral Diplomacy.The content and form of communication is an important factor for the existence and development of radio stations.It changes in this era with the performance of the political situation and the needs of the audience.Taking the Inner Mongolia news communication as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the cross-border ethnic cultural communication,which conforms to the development trend of communication technology and has great value for China's international communication and peripheral diplomacy.This paper is conducive to the study of the basic laws of cross-border ethnic communication,the innovation of Inner Mongolia's cultural propaganda work to Mongolia,the presentation of China's style and features to Mongolia,the promotion of mutual exchanges and cooperation in the political,economic,cultural and other aspects of the two countries,and even the construction of a good neighborly and friendly international surrounding environment is of great significance.
