A Study On The Kazakh Translation Of Xi Jinping's Speech At The Congress Celebrating The 40th Anniversary Of Reform And Opening-up

With the acceleration of economic globalization and the implementation of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,China's influence,leading power and appeal in the world are increasing day by day.The translation of Chinese political papers has become an important medium for others to understand the development status of China.Political papers play an important role in people's life.We should attach great importance to the translation of political papers,so as not only to avoid misunderstandings,but also to further promote exchanges and development in political,economic,cultural and other aspects.Xi Jinping's speech at the congress celebrating the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up reviewed the glorious course of China's reform and opening up in the past 40 years,summarized the great achievements and valuable experience of the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up,and clearly put forward the goals and requirements for reform and opening up to continue to move forward in the new era.This paper mainly analyzes the definition and characteristics of political papers,and further analyzes and discusses the translation of political papers with the help of translation theories.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of political papers,this paper analyzes the translation of political papers from three aspects: word translation,sentence translation and rhetoric,and finds out the translation problems of political papers.Choose your words carefully;Focus on cultural differences;Information reorganization;Improve the quality of translators.Then,the enlightenment on translation research of political papers can be obtained:thinking and eliminating obstacles;Precise wording to avoid misleading;Structural redundancy,proper translation;Abbreviations,meaning lines appear.Xi Jinping's speech at the congress celebrating the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up is rich in content and moderate in length.This paper takes Harbin translation as the research object,including the study of political words and cultural words.Combining with the translation methods and principles of political papers,this paper analyzes and expounds the problems in translation such as improper omission,improper word selection,inappropriate information and inappropriate figures of speech.Based on the accuracy and standardization of the translation of political papers,this paper hopes to seek more effective translation to improve the quality of the translation of political papers.The thesis consists of four chapters.The foreword mainly introduces the research purpose,significance,research status,research methods,innovation and the political text,the original work and the translation.The first chapter starts with the use of vocabulary,sentences and figures of speech to classify the translation on the macro level.The second chapter summarizes the principles,methods and problems of translation.The third chapter analyzes the translation quality of the translation,sorts out the translation phenomena such as improperellipsis,improper word selection,inappropriate information and inappropriate figures of speech,and puts forward the corresponding translation quality optimization countermeasures.Chapter four discusses the revelation of translation studies acquired in the process of research;The conclusion is to summarize the above content and sort out the viewpoints,thoughts and achievements of this paper as well as the regrets in the process of writing this paper.This paper holds that in addition to the restoration of linguistic meaning,the translation of political papers should pay attention to the rigorous wording to avoid misleading.For structural redundancy,it is necessary to properly adjust the translation;In short sentences,we should pay attention to the expression of meaning,so as to more highlight the political nature and publicity of political papers on the basis of loyalty,so as to achieve the same feelings of readers in the original translation.
