Excellent cognitive control of sports athletes is the premise and guarantee of achieving excellent results.Dual Mechanisms of Cognitive Control Account believes that cognitive control includes proactive control and reactive control.proactive control reflects cognitive stability,while reactive control reflects cognitive flexibility.Therefore,sports students need to weigh the two control methods in the cognitive process to form the most favorable cognitive model.Dual Mechanisms of Cognitive Control Account assumes that personality and emotion will affect the individual's cognitive control tradeoffs.At the same time,some studies have found that the effect of personality on cognitive control is affected by emotional states.However,there is no research on the influence of trait flow and positive emotional motivation on the two cognitive control modes of physical education students.In this paper,through two studies,using the emotional version of AX-CPT paradigm,the cognitive control performance of trait flow sports students under the condition that different motivations approach positive emotions will be deeply discussed.Among them,the performance on AX sequence represents the general cognitive ability,the performance on AY sequence represents the reactive control ability,the performance on BX sequence represents the proactive control ability,and the comprehensive performance of AY sequence and BX sequence reflects the tradeoff of cognitive strategies.Study 1 used a two-factor mixed experimental design of 2(trait flow: high flow group,low flow group)× 2(positive emotion: high motivation approaching,low motivation approaching).The results show that:(1)The reaction time of AY sequences of sports students with high and low trait flow was significantly higher than that of AX,BX and BY sequences,and the correct rate of AY sequences was significantly lower than that of AX and BX sequences;(2)on the AY sequence accuracy index,the main effect of the flow group is significant,and the sports students in the high flow g-roup have the ability to control reactivity better than the low-flow group significantly;(3)On the AY sequence response time index,the interaction between flow group and the emotional type is significant.The high-flow group's sports students have no difference in cognitive control when the high and low motivation approach positive emotions,while the low-flow group sports.Reactive control was significantly better in low motivation approaching positive emotions than high motivation approaching positive emotions;(4)in the BX sequence response time and accuracy rate indicators,the main effects and interaction effects of flow groups and the emotional type were not Significantly.Study 1 suggest that(1)sports students with high and low trait flow tend to use proactive control strategies;(2)different motivations tend to approach positive emotions,which affect the reactive control of students with different trait flow,while the proactive control is basically unaffected;(3)Sports students with high flow are not easily affected by emotions,while sports students with low flow are easily affected by emotions.Study 1 found that sports students with low trait flow were easily affected by emotions.Therefore,study 2 selected sports students with low trait flow on the basis of study 1 and adopted a two-factor mixed experimental design of 3(emotional strategy: baseline group,cognitive reappraisal group,and expression inhibition group)×2(positive emotion: high-motivation approach,low-motivation approach)to explore the regulatory effect of emotional regulation strategy on the influence of positive emotions with different motivations.The results show that(1)in the AY sequence response time and accuracy rate indicators,the main effects and interaction effects of strategy group and emotion type are not significant,that is,cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition strategies can effectively regulate the influence of emotion on reactive control;(2)In the BX sequence response time index,the main effect of the strategy group was significant.Compared with the baseline group,after using the expression inhibition strategy,the sports student's proaction control was reduced,and the reactive control was more biased;at the correct rate indicators,the main effects and interaction effects of strategy group and emotion type were not significant.Study2 discovered that :(3)At the same time,both cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression can effectively reduce the influence of emotion on reactive control of low-flow athletes;(4)Expression suppression weakens the proactive control of low flow athletes and improves the ability of reactive control.In conclusion,from the perspective of trait flow and emotional motivation,thisstudy improved and confirmed the hypothesis of the influence of personality and emotion on the dual cognitive control of physical education students.It also proves that cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition strategies can effectively regulate the influence of emotion on cognitive control.
