Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Government Promoting The Development Of Cultural Tourism Industry In West Taihu Lake

Since the 21~stt century,cultural tourism industry has developed rapidly.The proposal of global tourism,points out a new direction for the development of tourism,and brings higher quality tourism experience to tourists.The sustainable and healthy development of tourism in the pan West Taihu Lake area cannot be separated from the support of cultural tourism industry,but also needs the government to give a certain degree of leadership to achieve regional tourism innovation.At present,there are few researches on the cultural tourism industry of West Taihu Lake in Changzhou.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the regional government to promote the development of cultural tourism industry of West Taihu Lake.In this paper,based on the background of tourism development in the whole region,with the West Taihu Lake area of Changzhou as the core research object,the government's behavior to promote industrial development as the research perspective,the cultural tourism industry development as the core research content,and the government's function to promote the cultural tourism industry as the final research foothold,to explore the path and mode of the government to promote the development of cultural tourism industry in the West Taihu Lake.It is found that the West Taihu Lake area has convenient transportation conditions,rich cultural and tourism resources,strong economic foundation and ecological environment.At the same time,there are some disadvantages,such as location bias,lack of tourism business card and IP,and inadequate supporting facilities.The main reasons can be summarized as:the lack of government services over the years,the need to improve policy support,the need to strengthen the integration of resources,the uneven quality of professional talents and other government promotion problems,as well as industry development problems such as unclear positioning and brand,low industrial function and agglomeration,and the lack of linkage between lines and products.Based on the above problems,this paper draws on the excellent cases and experience of Zhouzhuang,Wuzhen,Tongli and other domestic well-known township cultural tourism.Finally,this paper from the three aspects of government driven planning,innovation of cultural tourism industry development,government development ideas,innovation of cultural tourism product publicity and strengthening of government leadership,cultural tourism industry management and service parallel,this paper discusses in detail the optimization suggestions of the government to promote the development of cultural tourism industry in West Taihu Lake.There are 13 figures,4 tables and 54 references in this paper.
