“haishi”“buru”“zuihao”can express the speaker's suggestions,and the suggestion expressing is a merit-based process.From the perspective of grammatical expression,context distribution,diachronic semantic evolution and cross language investigation,this paper gives a full description and explanation of “haishi”“buru”“zuihao”.There are six chapters of the thesis:Chapter 1 mainly talks about the significance of the research,explains the research object and research scope of this paper,tells the source of corpus and summarizes the related research of predecessors.Chapter 2 mainly analyzes "haishi","buru" and "zuihao" from the perspective of grammatical expression,and describes the similarities and differences among them from the perspectives of distribution,co-occurrence and combination.Chapter 3 mainly investigates the distribution of "haishi","buru" and "zuihao" in different contexts,analyzes the reasons for the tendency,and compare them with other suggested expressions.Chapter 4 starts with the diachronic semantic evolution of “haishi” “buru”“zuihao”.this chapter mainly studies the source and extension process of their meaning and discover the evolutionary motivation from "choice" to "suggestion".Chapter 5 does the Cross-linguistic investigation,and mainly compare Chinese words such as “haishi” “buru” and “zuihao” with English words “how about” “why not” and “had better”.Chapter 6 is a conclusion,which summarizes the views of the full text and finds the article's shortcomings.
