Research On The Image Of The Urchin In Animated Movies

As one of the most typical images in animated films,the image of urchin really flourished in the 20th century,especially after the mid-20th century.In contemporary China,due to various historical and realistic reasons,urchin really flourished as a subject between the 1980s and 1990s.All kinds of naughty behavior of the urchin contain unique value connotation.They are anti-traditional urchins,which subvert the image of good children.Their behavior not only shows the game spirit,fantastic spirit and adventurous spirit of children,but also reveals the theory of standard for education profoundly.As a special image of children,urchin exists widely in Chinese and foreign children's literature,stage plays,film and television works.Urchin's longing and pursuing for vitality shows the spirit of children who break shackles and liberate themselves.The author takes the animation films as the reference texts and takes the "urchin images" as the reference objects to study the characterization of the urchins.To view from two perspectives(outside and inside)based on audio-visual language and value connotation of urchins,the author apply literature research method,work analysis method,the combination of theory and practice and other methods.The first part is the introduction.The author integrated the research background,status and significance of the thesis and made a brief introduction.In the second part,the author defined several important words about urchins and outlined three stages of urchins'disillusionment of self-consciousness.The third part focuses on the value connotation of urchin images to analysis the motivation that children's game spirit,fantastic spirit and adventurous spirit provide children' growth.In the fourth part,the author analyzes the characters of the children's images in the play,such as The Devil child of Naju,Kung Fu Panda,Monster Power Company,etc.from apparel modeling,actor's lines,fluid camera,scene scheduling and other model methods.In the fifth part,the author analyzed the urchin's image in fairy tale Baburo 's Adventures in Huansi Island written by the author.In the end,the author concluded the main points that children's view in the creation guides the urchin's image in films,the children's images in the film and television should be developed and children's growth laws should be respected in creating works.At the same time,it reveals child-orientation should be adhered in works.Moreover,the author encourage children to bravely break the social norms set by adults,subvert the traditional existing order of daily life,actively and autonomously pursue their dreaming life,and build their own spiritual world full of personality.
