Since the foundation of the People's Republic of China,folk handcraft arts has been developing rapidly,and the protection of intangible cultural heritage received more attention from the society.Inheritance is the spirit of intangible cultural heritage.The intangible cultural heritage may be developed as the old artists retire,and new artists grow up.And some heritage may be difficult to find a new successor.As video and VR technology is generally used in protecting intangible cultural heritage,a considerable number of good documentaries has been made.Documentaries have advantages in recording and spreading Chinese intangible cultural heritage.Those truly and objectively recorded documentaries present the intangible cultural heritage in a more vivid way.Thus,the documentary can help in inheriting and developing of the intangible cultural heritage.Interview is quite important in filming the documentaries.A good interview may provide more valued subjects to the producer team.In 2006,Huizhou Inkstick was recorded in China's first intangible cultural heritage list,adding new blood to this hundred-year-old craft.Writer's photograph is named Bie Yang Hui Mo,promulgate the spirit of the craftsman by showing the technics of Huizhou Instick.The thesis contains five parts.Part I is the Introduction,elaborating the background,importance and methodology of the interview of characters in the documentaries.Part II is the analysis of the concept and categories of the documentaries subject to intangible cultural heritage.Part III showed the plot before the interview,combining the writer's photograph product.Part IV elaborates some of the factors which require attention during the processing of the documentaries.Part V presents the video of the interview in the documentaries together with the writer's own products.
