Psychological resilience,as a kind of ability to help individuals recover from stress and distress,is necessary for parents of children in rehabilitation department who are under the pressure of high intensity diagnosis and nursing for a long time.Psychological resilience level reflects the ability of parents to cope with stress and recover in distress,and parents with high psychological resilience are more likely to recover quickly from the dilemma of high pressure.In this study,the parents of children in rehabilitation department were studied,using questionnaire and experiment to explore the present situation of psychological resilience and its influencing factors.On this basis,we further explore the difference of attention bias between parents with different levels of psychological resilience,and try to improve the cognitive speed and flexibility of parents with low psychological resilience level through positive emotional initiation.This study is divided into three parts: study 1 using Connor Davidson Resilience Scale and general data questionnaire to investigate the parents of children in the rehabilitation department to understand the current situation and related characteristics of psychological resilience in this group.Study 2 used the affective stroop paradigm to compare the attention bias of the parents with high and low mental resilience,and to explore the differences between the parents with different psychological resilience levels in the attention bias of neutral,positive and negative emotional information.In order to intervene the attention bias of parents of children with low mental resilience,study 3 further explored the effect of positive emotional initiation on parents with low psychological resilience.The study found that:1)There are no significant different of psychological resilience between the parents of children in rehabilitation department and national norm.The psychological resilience of the parents of children in rehabilitation department is affected by parents' age,economic status and the type of children's disease.2)Parents in low resilience group tend to pay more attention to negative emotional information;parents in high resilience group had a tendency to concentrate on positive emotional information.3)After initiating positive emotions,the correct rate and cognitive accuracy of parents with low psychological resilience were improved,and the attentional bias of parents with low psychological resilience to negative emotional information disappeared.In summary,the psychological resilience of the parents of children in rehabilitation department is affected by parents' age,economic status and the type of children's disease.Different level of resilience have different effect on attention bias:parents in low resilience group perform more sensitive to negative emotional information while parents in high resilience group prefer to focus on positive emotional information.Exceptionally,positive emotion is helpful to regulate the attention bias of parents who had children with low mental elasticity in low resilience on negative emotional information.
