| Nuri Bilge Ceylan,as a famous Turkish director,as well as a screenwriter,photographer and editor,is known as the "leader of Turkish art film" and has won many international film festival awards.Since the first short film KOZE,it has been shortlisted for the Golden Palm prize of short film in the main competition unit of Cannes Film Festival.Since then,every film has gained in Cannes Film Festival.In 2014,he won Cannes Golden Palm Award with the feature film WINTER SLEEP.The personal color of Ceylan's works is relatively strong,and both the theme expression and the image style have consistent characteristics.From looking back at one's hometown,showing the daily life of people in the countryside,to exploring the interpersonal relationship in the process of urbanization,and then expanding to alluding to the current social situation,it is a record of one's personal growth and a gaze at Turkey,a complex and beautiful country.This article mainly embarks from the Ceylan movie research significance and the research present situation,through to the Turkish movie development analysis in recent years,the influenc of Ceylan spiritual teacher Chekhov and Ceylan personal experience comb,obtains his unique artistic style formation reason.Next,I will explain his works in detail from three parts.The second chapter focuses on exploring the poetic style of Ceylan's works.The third chapter focuses on the relationship between several groups of characters that often appear in Ceylan's works under the Turkish social background.The last chapter is intended to discuss the artistic themes presented in Ceylan's works. |
