Research On The Application Of Local Folk Culture Elements In Large-scale Live Performance

As a common carrier of folk culture,text,images and objects all have their own characteristics.The rise and development of performances provide a new carrier and expression form for the presentation of folk culture.The combination of the two has spawned a new local folk culture carrier which named Large-Scale Live Performance.Through the deep excavation of local folk culture,the selection and extraction of folk events,the application and development of folk culture elements,and the comprehensive use of text,image,material object and other forms of Large-scale Live Performance rooted in local folk culture,the construction and presentation of local folk culture is finally completed effectively.Large Scale Live Performance is a kind of update and progress of local folk culture carrier,which is beneficial to effectively present local folk culture on the basis of maintaining the basic characteristics of folk culture.With the continuous development of the historical process,the carrier of local folk culture continues to extend its connotation and extension,and the related theories constantly improved with practice.Studying various carrier forms of local folk culture and exploring the core of new carrier of high-quality local folk culture are conducive to the diversified display of folk culture and the resource integration of folk culture.This paper takes Impression Wulong as an example,which is a typical case about large-scale live performance.After using case study,literature study,field research and other research methods to think about how to construct and present local folk culture in Large-Scale Live Performance.First,it expounds the advantages of large-scale live performance as the carrier of local folk culture,such as the live setting,the construction of cultural cluster,the subjectivity of indigenous people,the presence of time and space,etc.Second,it describes the presentation of Chongqing folk customs in Impression Wulong,such as Chuanjiang trumpet,Crying Marriage,hot pot,stick,slide pole,etc.Third,it analyzes the impression Wulong’s influence on Chongqing people.The content construction of popular culture,such as the Chongqing folk culture spirit composed of the spirit of "fearing no difficulties,facing difficulties and going up",analyzes the theoretical practice in large-scale live performance,such as the construction theory,field theory,stage reality theory,and discusses the deficiency of Impression Wulong in the presentation which about Chongqing folk culture,such as the absence of local participants,etc.Fourth,it discusses the principles and development methods that should be paid attention to when the large-scale live performance carriers present the local folk culture,such as the balance of integrity,the consideration of authenticity,the establishment of knowledge,etc.Through the construction and presentation of Chongqing folk culture in Impression Wulong,this paper explains the practical process of using local folk culture elements.There are a lot of advantages to put forward some thoughts on the presentation of local folk culture in large-scale live performance.For example,It is very effective for the inheritance and spread of local folk culture.And,It is beneficial to explore and use the new carrier of local folk culture.To a large extent,it promotes the creative transformation and innovative development of China’s folk culture.
