A Report On Interpreting At The Austrian Tourism Workshop

This report is based on the author's practice as an interpreter of Austrian Tourism Workshop in September 2019.The author worked as an interpreter for Lisa-Marie Prettenthaler,who came to attend the event on behalf of Schladming-Dachstein Tourism.In this report,the author describes the interpreting task,the whole interpreting process,and discusses the sense of neutrality of the interpreter in the interpreting process under the guidance of Andrew Chesterman' s Values: the Value of Clarity,Truth,Trust and Understanding.At the end of the report,major findings and implications generated from the case analysis are displayed to the readers.The author also concludes some limitations and suggestions of the report writing.
