| Wu Weiye was a great writer at the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty.The academic research on Wu Weiye’s literary creation mainly focuses on poetry and lyrics,while the research on his prose is relatively rare.There are 230 essays in the complete works of Wumei village,Among them,the Xu has the largest number and proportion,reaching 103.This thesis takes Wu Weiye’s Xu as the research object,which is an attempt and exploration of his prose research,and has important academic research value and significance.Wu Weiye’s Xu writing is mainly composed of preface,supplemented by longevity Xu and donation Xu,and most of his Xu are after Qing Dynasty.The predominant person of Xu which written by Wu Weiye mainly come from nanzhili.Most of them are Jinshi,officials and children of aristocratic families.The predominant person of Xu which written by Wu Weiye are basically related to Wu Weiye’s geography,marriage,teachers and students,the same year,literature and social voice,etc.Therefore,Wu Weiye’s Xu are full of true feelings.In the Xu,Wu Weiye expounds the views of poetry,prose and drama.Wu Weiye’s view of poetry is mainly embodied in the following aspects: poetry creation needs "talent","temperament" and "knowledge";poetry can be recorded;poetry should have no opinions.Wu Weiye’s prose view mainly includes: dialectical view on the current prose;one generation of prose;opposition to prose creation.Wu Weiye fully affirmed the literary status of opera and believed that opera had the value of spreading.Wu Weiye’s literary view in Xu has not only reference to predecessors,but also many original views.Wu Weiye’s Xu is rich in content,including family,women,friendship and so on.The family contents in Wu Weiye’s Xu are mainly embodied in the emphasis on family(ancestral)spectrum,filial piety and family education.The women content in Wu Weiye’s Xu mainly publicizes the traditional women’s morality.In the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty,women supported the door,the difficulties ofsurvival,the characteristics of the times of supporting their families with talents,and the inequality of women.The friendship in Wu Weiye’s Xu mainly includes family communication,reminiscence of old friends,elaboration of the way of making friends,etc.Wu Weiye’s Xu has the artistic characteristics of historiographer’s writing method,narration method,and passing on the heart by writing,etc.Wu Weiye’s Xu style,civil and historical official writing style,is embodied in a large number of allusions,likes to introduce and good at quoting;dialogue and words,objective and true.The reason for the formation of historiographer’s writing style is that Wu Weiye received the orthodox Confucian education since he was a child and was deeply influenced by the imperial examination system of Ming Dynasty and served as historiographer for many times.Wu Weiye’s Xu,style and prose are well narrated and logically rigorous.In the cutting of materials,they are good at choosing typical cases,choosing proper address and language,and arranging the details of articles.Wu Weiye’s Xu style is a medium and tool to spread the heart with literature,which contains obscure and complex emotions.He feels sad and knows each other,suffers from the destruction of culture,and is worthy of Ming emperor’s favor.Wu Weiye’s Xu style embodies the style of a great writer in the literary world,which has great literary value and historical value.Unfortunately,Wu Weiye’s literary name did not get its due publicity due to the influence of his own excessive poetry name and the negative evaluation of the Qing government. |
