The Analysis Of Singing Characteristics Of The Musical Hua Mulan

From the end of the 19 th century to now,the development of musicals has experienced more than 100 years.The cultural differences of different places have formed different musical schools in different countries of the world and in China,each showing its own unique artistic charm based on its own culture.After musical began to be popular in China,scholars put forward the way to combine Chinese characteristics and practice the creation of "Chinese national musical".The musical Hua Mulan can be regarded as a model of early musical exploration in China.This paper starts with the musical "Hua Mulan",analyzes the creation background of the play,and focuses on the musical characteristics and singing characteristics of the heroine Hua Mulan's Aria "I hope".This paper consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The main body is divided into three chapters,the first chapter is the introduction and creation background of the musical "Mulan";the second chapter analyzes the musical characteristics of the Aria "I hope",including the drama poetry and melody;the third chapter is the singing analysis of the Aria "I hope",which is also the focus of this paper,from the articulation,emotional expression,national charm and stage presentation,etc Four aspects are elaborated and analyzed.Hua Mulan,the original Chinese national musical,adopts a combination of traditional and popular creation techniques and a performance structure of national and modern,breaking the stylized artistic expression techniques and making a beneficial attempt for the creation of the later Chinese original national musical.The author tries to excavate its artistic value deeply and comprehensively,and hopes to better interpret the aria of this kind of works in the future vocal music learning,so as to improve my vocal singing level.
