With the continuous development of society and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the relationship between humans and nature has also become very delicate.Humans have begun to use natural resources in an uncontrolled manner to transform nature,but nature does not arbitrarily let humans dominate and slaughter.When a series of disasters come At the time of the attack,human civilization was destroyed in one blow.As a genre movie,disaster movie has its own unique genre characteristics.This article first summarizes the concepts of director Roland Emmerich and the disaster movie;then takes the five films of "Independence Day","Godzilla","Acquired","2012","Independence Day: A Comeback" as examples To conduct a classification study on Roland Emmerich's disaster movies with narrative art and audio-visual language,and finally explore the value connotation in his disaster movies.The article is discussed in five parts.The introduction part mainly explains the content of the article from the aspects of research object,research significance,research method,thesis innovation and the elaboration of the article into five parts.The first chapter briefly narrates the definition of disaster movie.The second chapter mainly analyzes the narrative structure,narrative perspective,character image and emotional appeal strategy used in the film by combining the specific film,and shows the unique narrative art in the disaster movie of Roland Emmerich.The third chapter mainly analyzes the audio-visual language in the movie.Taking a specific movie as an example,it analyzes the lens language,sound design and special effects scenes in the movie with a combination of graphics and text to show the attention of Roland Emmerich in the disaster movie.Audiovisual art.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the value connotation of Roland Emmerich's disaster movies.Each of Roland Emmerich's disaster movies reflects a different ecological consciousness.The ecological ideas expressed are presented on the screen.In this chapter,the author considers the harmony between man and nature,the ecological thinking under anthropocentrism,the humanity thinking under the metaphor of ecological ethics,and the thought of the community of human destiny embodied in the movie.Discuss the value connotation in Roland Emmerich's disaster movie in all aspects.
