A Study On The To Mbs Of The Eastern Zhou Dynasty In The Southeast Of Gansu Province

Since the 1970 s,Eastern Zhou toMbs have been found in the southeast of Gansu Province.Up to now,about 131 toMbs have been excavated and published.The excavation of toMbs in dabuzi Mountain,yuandingshan Mountain and Majiayuan Makes More scholars focus on this area and Make fruitful research results,but there is still a lack of systeMatic research on this area.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the toMbs,it can be clearly recognized that there are toMbs of the Qin people in Southeast Gansu,which take the earth pit toMbs as the basic toMb structure,the first burial in the west,the large nuMber and types of the buried pottery,the horse and dog as the Main sacrificial aniMals,the Multi chaMber toMbs,the first burial in the East,the first burial in the north,the single type of the buried pottery(Most of theM only have one pottery pot),the Multi horse and sheep sacrificial toMbs of the Rong people Burial.At the saMe tiMe,the author coMbs out the age of the toMbs,and redefines the age of the toMbs in which there are Mistakes and oMissions in the briefing and the deterMination of the age of the toMbs is general and vague.The Eastern Zhou toMbs in this area are divided into six periods.On this basis,according to the scale of the toMbs,the types and quantity of the funerary objects,Qin and Rong toMbs in this area are divided into four levels.Through the analysis of their level characteristics,we can draw the following conclusions: Qin people in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty have obvious social level,which can be deMonstrated in the toMbs by burying copper ritual vessels and Martyrs.However,in the late spring and AutuMn period,this strict social hierarchy began to be iMpacted,and this change was reflected in the toMbs by the second level of sMall nobles and the third level of coMMon people who began to use iMitation bronze pottery.In the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,there was no obvious social hierarchy in the Rongren toMbs,which showed that the scale of the toMbs and the quantity of the kinds of funerary objects were not coMpletely equal,and there was no only soMething used in a certain level of toMbs to syMbolize the social hierarchy.Finally,through the analysis of the cultural factors in Qin Rong toMbs,we can see that Qin Rong toMbs contain each other's cultural factors,or indirectly absorb othercultural factors through each other.AMong theM,the Qin people had More influence on the Rong people,and the More high-level Rong people's toMbs,the More abundant Qin cultural factors they contained,which should be related to Qin's expedition to integration and the way of econoMic and strategic rule.In a word,the cultural exchange and reference laid the foundation for the Qin to doMinate the world.
