In this study,the novice teachers of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language with a teaching age of less than one year are taken as the main research objects,and qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interview,classroom observation,questionnaire survey,etc.are used to investigate the current situation and source of teaching anxiety of novice TCFL Teachers by comparing experienced teachers,and the strategies to reduce teaching anxiety and maintain appropriate teaching anxiety are put forward respectively.Through the comparative investigation,we find that the teaching age,education background,employment purpose and working background have a significant impact on the teaching anxiety of new teachers of TCFL.Secondly,too low or too high teaching anxiety will have a negative impact on the teaching effect of novice teachers,the relationship between teachers and students,the physical and mental health of teachers and so on.Finally,teaching anxiety is the result of the interaction of subjective and objective factors.In view of the high or low level of teaching anxiety,we think it needs to be solved from two aspects: teachers themselves and team of teachers.To reduce the level of teaching anxiety,teachers should strengthen communication and cooperation,learn teaching skills,use reference books frequently,use app and multimedia skillfully,adapt to the development of the times and adjust their own mentality;the team needs to strengthen vocational training and technical guidance for TCFL teachers.To maintain the normal level of teaching anxiety,teachers need to make their own career planning clear,improve their interest and attention in TCFL;the team needs to promote the exchange and sharing of TCFL,strengthen the supervision of teaching process and the test of effect.
