Personalized Exploration Of Book Design

As we all know,paper books play an important role in the history of human civilization.With the continuous development of the times,the Internet is more convenient.Under the impact of smart phones,Kindle and other electronic devices,people's acceptance of information has changed,and the demand for paper books has greatly decreased.In addition to rich "connotation",paper books also need novel and interesting,unique and personalized design,and collection value has become more important.In order to regain the favor of readers,the design of paper-based books needs to highlight the individuality of books,that is,to attach importance to the concept of "book designer".The designer is no longer only responsible for the design of book appearance.Starting from the book itself,through the use of different design methods and new materials,readers can easily notice the design of books in the reading process,so as to be more in-depth to understand the spirit of books,feel the vitality of books,so that books have different charm.This article mainly from the book design personalized theoretical research and practical application of two aspects,to explore the personalized form of book design.The first part of the paper analyzes the background and significance of book design,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The domestic concept of book design has been synchronized with the world,and has a certain voice in the world,while retaining its own cultural characteristics,it also integrates a lot of foreign design elements.Foreign book design has a long history,it is open,continuous development,but compared with domestic,the emotional expression of its design elements is missing.The second part of the paper analyzes the development trend and causes of personalized books.Firstly,with the continuous development of society and technology,many previously imagined designs become possible;Secondly,people's material needs are constantly improving,and more personalized books are needed to attract "eyeballs";Thirdly,in the continuous thinking,designers are constantly rising,they have more new understanding of books,and the design of books is more in-depth and interesting than before.The third part of the paper analyzes a large number of representative book design cases,and analyzes their personalization one by one.The fourth part of the paper summarizes the results of the above research,and validates and applies them in the book design and derivative design of my graduation design work Shi Meat,mainly from three aspects of creation conception,creation process and finished product production,so as to further verify the accuracy of the research point of view.Based on the analysis and induction of the individualized exploration of modern book design,this paper discusses the forms and methods of individualized book design,hoping to have some enlightenment in the development practice of book design.
