The performance of piano works includes the expression of music style and performer's style and personality.Through the comparative study of different classical performance versions after 40 years,the author tries to excavate the multiple possibilities in the performance of the works from various angles,hoping to provide reference for the actual performance through the comparative study of their performance versions.Taking the first movement of Beethoven's Piano Sonata in G major(Op.31 No.1)as an example,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the representative performance versions of bakhaus and Barenboim.The paper consists of three parts:the first part introduces the music experience and performance style of the two performers;the second part summarizes Beethoven's Piano Sonata Op.31 No.1 The third part is the research focus of this paper.The author uses audio analysis method,listening,observation,feeling and personal performance experience,compares the performance versions of bakhaus and Barenboim,and analyzes the strength,speed,timbre,key touch,pedal,phrase and breath of the two masters in the performance process And emotional differences.Finally,based on the above analysis,further thinking: as a performer,how to balance the original work,personality and aesthetic perspective of the times when playing piano works.
