Research On Optimization Policy Of Animation Industry Chain Based On System Dynamics

At present,most of China's animation industry support policies are mostly reflected in the provision of financial subsidies and financing support for the development and creation of animation works,while other parts of the animation industry chain such as the publication of publications,the promotion of animation images and the development of derivatives have not been enough support.Therefore,in order to further improve the animation industry chain,encourage animation companies to expand their business and cover all aspects of the animation industry chain,the current financial subsidy policy and investment and financing support policies should be extended to all aspects of the animation industry chain,and should not only focus on R & D and creation of cartoon works.Based on the theoretical basis of system dynamics and the industrial chain as the framework,this paper uses the literature analysis method and case analysis method to propose the problems existing in the optimization of the industrial chain of the animation industry policy,and analyzes how policies affect the animation industry chain through theoretical analysis and practical induction.Then I construct a system dynamics model in which the policy affects the animation industry chain,and strengthen the demonstration with Hangzhou's practice,and finally propose the enlightenment and policy implementation strategy for the animation industry policy formulation.In addition to the introduction,the body of this article is divided into five chapters.The introduction mainly describes the research background and significance of this article,and sorts out and reviews the related literature.The research ideas,research methods,and research innovations of this paper are clarified.The first chapter mainly expounds the theoretical foundation and basic concepts.On the basis of theory,the connotation of system dynamics and the animation industry chain is clarified,and the relationship between the animation industry chain and the system dynamics is established.The second chapter begins to analyze the problem,using system dynamics to analyze the influencing factors of each link in the animation industry chain In the section on analyzing the factors influencing the optimization of the animation industry chain,there will be three types of atmosphere supply,environment,and demand that will affect the optimization of the animation industry chain.The third chapter is the analysis of the industrial chain optimized by the animation industry
