Research On Acts Of Illegal Immigration Behavior Through The Administrative Legal Regulation

With the continuous development of the country and society,it is more and more obvious to Administrative Regulations of modern behavior illegal immigration,especially in the current overall pace of socio-economic development.Frontier Inspection has always been an important task with a long-term mechanism,whether immigration system or border control system management system.It not only represents the sovereignty of a country,but also directly and closely related to all aspects of the country.So immigration security check is directly related to the key issue whether a country can get healthy and harmonious development.The article is divided into four parts,the first part,the author mainly introduces Illegal immigration acts and administrative regulations of Illegal immigration acts.The second part,the author studies by searching existing data on illegal immigration status of acts in administrative regulation and finds a lot of problems in terms of administrative regulation on this basis.The study shows that the problem is multifaceted,for example,the legal system is not perfect,there are many loopholes in legal terms,there are conflicts between and even violate the law or constitutional law case,the definition of illegal immigration act is not specific enough,long law enforcement problem,the lack of uniformity of law enforcement competence of administrative relative person's rights protection is insufficient,inadequate international standards for immigration law enforcement and supervision department is not in place,and so on.The third part of the part mainly studies the behavior of extraterritorial national illegal immigration Administrative Regulations and what we can learn from it.The fourth part,from the research results of the above aspects and problems,this paper proposes how to improve our country's immigration laws and administrative regulations,specifically,there are:a clear act of illegal immigration from the meaning of the legislation;improve on illegal immigration acts department;legislative explicit permission law enforcement body;explicit permission law enforcement body;fully protect the legitiof the Administrative Regulations;establish a unified coordinated management mate rights and interests relative person;strengthen legal supervision of the Exit-Entry Administration.Through different proposals,hoping to help us to solve the problem of illegal immigration.
