On The Theory And Practice Of Citizen Political Participation In Tibetan Area

According to the main theory gist of political participation and the clue of"theory—reality—analyses—countermeasures",basic index frame is established to judge and measure the citizen political participation of Qinghai province and others.Based on the researching all above,my thesis study on the practice development of citizen political participation in Tibetan area by using the theories,methods and tools of political science,political sociology and political-ideological education,with the analysis in the cases of Qinghai province and others.By the long and steady historic development we have made the great achievements in citizen political participation in Tibetan area,such as improving of way,category,conduction and effecting,with a lot of enlightenments being got.However,there are many issues and problem in the citizen political participation in Tibetan area of Qinghai province and others,such as the weak economy foundation,incomplete regulations,the cadre's mistake,some citizens' poor education and culture,lead to unhealthy politic psychology and ideas,with the influence of religion and foreign factors.The main countermeasures we should take are as follow,to develop economy and education,promote political democracy and society construction,improve the regulations and mechanism,etc,in order to guarantee the harmonious between citizen political participation and society steady in Tibetan area.Frame of the content:Part ? is the basic theory summarizing of political participation.Part ? includes of the developing achievements and main enlightenments of citizen political participation in Tibetan area of Qinghai province and others.Part ?analyses the main issues and reasons of the citizen political participation in Tibetan area of Qinghai province and others.Part IV analyses the basic feathers and developing tendency of Tibetan area citizen political participation.Part V discusses the countermeasures,policy making,system of regulations and mechanism.At the end,a sound conclusion can be drawn based on all these above.Total conclusion:We should concentrate on and get deeper study in the basic feathers,inner law and related conditions of Tibetan area citizen political participation to keep improving and deepening thought,to bring about correct decision,achieve a more effective system of regulations,mechanism and measures.At the same time we should take it into consideration that,the Tibetan area citizen political participation and up-to-date conditions and problems emerged in endlessly.Withal we should get more and deeper study,follow-up in time,keep bringing forth new promoting ideas,with the theory and practice.
