Research On Authentication System Of Rural Endowment Insurance Based On Face Recognition Technology

With the popularization of the new rural endowment insurance,the traditional pattern of manual registration and distribution has faced tremendous challenges.Staffs are too limited to complete the complicated verification task.Meanwhile,the qualification examination in rural and remote areas is difficult to control and supervise,which has caused numerous situations of false claim of pension and insurance fraud,leading to the severe pension loss.Thus,it has become increasingly significant to establish a unified identification and authentication system to supervise the overall application and distribution process of rural endowment insurance.This article focuses on the application of face recognition technology in authentication system of new rural insurance,and proposes the PCA-based face recognition algorithm for vivificating facticity and effectiveness of insured person.The article elaborates the research status of face recognition technology and the authentication pattern of new rural medical insurance,and on the basis of meticulous demand analysis,sorts out the new rural endowment insurance authentication process to form the simplified process which is.easy to implement and realize.Based on further analysis of face recognition technology,face recognition algorithm is proposed based on the improved Principal Component Analysis,using non negative matrix two-dimensional PCA projection decomposition algorithm for face recognition based on..The experimental results show that:compared with other traditional algorithms,the improved algorithm has better recognition rate as the brightness changes.The authentication system of rural insurance based on the improved PCA-based algorithm has a good recognition rate.Combined with the specific business of rural endowment insurance,the overall framework of rural insurance network authentication system is put forward,and the relationship between the modules system is also described.The article builds data models on data analysis in earlier stage,and forms the PD model,which is the core system business.The face recognition and Java EE technology are applied to the design and realize the core functions of system.The key points include the main modules,such as face information modeling management,template management,face authentication management,appeal management and so forth.The article further combines with the business practice of the new rural insurance and achieves a unified identification and authentication system for all the insurant in a certain region,which will make effective and convenient identity authentication through Internet available for insurant within time limit and control the false claim and loss of fund better,which is of effectiveness.The research results will provide the theoretical and practical support for the business mode and operation management of the new rural endowment insurance in our country.
