Along with the development of feminism,feminist consciousness raise,women gradually get rid of the subordinate relationship of the male society has been highly dependent on the,change the previous stereotype of gender stereotype,but traditional women still faces conflict between family and work,promotion channel narrow,gender discrimination,promotion threshold generally higher,the chance for development,less,career development path throughout the thorns.The role of career planning is not only enables individuals to make a correct judgment of self,can also enable organizations to participate in staff career planning in order to stimulate the staff's enthusiasm and passion,give full play to their potential,both from the management science and organizational perspective,can help the organization to achieve the benefit maximization.Career planning and management can play an effective allocation of human resources and scientific management,but the study of female civil servants at the grassroots level,career planning and management has not yet fully penetrated,but also very weak.Because of this,it is important and profound theoretical and practical significance to explore and study the work of career planning and management of female civil servants at the basic level.The Gansu Province of the primary female civil servants of career planning questionnaire survey,and according to the questionnaire results combined with the characteristics of women,and to explore the problems and predicament of female civil servants in career management in the presence of,finally put forward a sound of female civil servants career management countermeasures and suggestions to promote the career development of China's civil service system and perfection of female civil servants.
