The Wechat platform as the representative of all kinds of social networking applications has gradually penetrated into the life of the masses,derived from Wechat and other new marketing network marketing model is booming.It is undeniable that Wechat marketing opened a new era of mobile Internet social shopping,to provide consumers with a more convenient and efficient consumer experience,there is indeed better than the traditional network marketing.However,due to the Wechat marketing market has just started,is still in the stage of exploration and development,there are many problems and gaps in the law,which will hinder its further development.But there are a little of scholars in China from a legal perspective on Wechat marketing,especially the C2C model,namely the so-called circle of friends shopping,so the study on how to solve the problem of legal regulation is imminent.This paper first gives an overview of the basic situation of WeChat marketing,introduces the concept of WeChat marketing,the development of the status quot?the model and the difference between the traditional network marketing.Then it analyzes the legal status and legal relationship between the main body of the WeChat marketing C2C mode.Secondly,this paper describes the problems existing in the development of WeChat marketing C2C model,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of the characteristics of WeChat marketing and the related system defects.After the United States and Japan as an example of social software marketing,introduced the relevant foreign laws and regulations,and to improve the legal system of WeChat marketing provides inspiration for reference.Finally,in view of the problems mentioned in this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the legal regulation of C2C mode in WeChat marketing from the angles of legislation,law enforcement and judicature.All new things are developed in the dispute,the traditional network marketing at the beginning is the same,therefore,although WeChat marketing currently exist many problems,but must not be unworthy,as long as the gradual improvement of the regulation,I believe that WeChat marketing or circle of friends or shopping,to the orderly development.
