Constitutional Analysis Of Personal Appeal

Personal appeal,play a very important role when people face difficulties but don’t know how to solve the difficulties,as a social security system’s and charity system’s complement.The people can not only seek the country’s and social assistance,but also to seek the help of the community,making Individuals have more options when they seek for help.The many advantages of personal help makes most of the need to help people get timely and effective help,contribute to social harmony and progress.This paper analyzes the problems of personal appeal from the perspective of constitutional law,points out the problems existing in personal help and the rationality of the constitution,and puts forward the constitutional thinking on how to regulate the individual appeal.This article first analyzes the relevant theories of personal appeal,and puts forward that personal appeal can not exist as a right,only as a free existence,the individual should be the main body of all citizens,but mainly vulnerable groups,and on this basis for personal help The author puts forward that the main problems of personal help are manifested in the phenomenon of fraud and donation,the use of money and the infringement of privacy.Then,from the perspective of human rights and freedom of expression,the legitimacy of personal appeal in the constitution is expounded.The right of living,the right of material help,the right to an appropriate standard of living,the right to social security to start to point out that individual appeal should be added as a guarantee of human rights,from the relevant concepts of freedom of expression to point out that personal help meet the freedom of expression requirements;finally,based on the whole article,the author makes a study on the management and restriction of individual help,and’puts forward that under the premise of perfecting the right of material help in our country,the government should actively guide the government as the organizer of social life,Under the positive help platform to play the role,and finally through the media,individuals,third parties and other social forces support,so that individuals can have a healthy development.
