Information revolution based on Internet technology has brought huge change to human life.21th century is an era of Internet,where information technology brings not only convenience,but also risk.Crime,relied on Internet,reveals more complexity and has a huge impact on the theory of criminal law.What worries people is that the alienation of joint crime in Internet space is striking,and many remedies from traditional theory of joint crime are weak in regulation,and the joint crime is easy to excuse itself from them.Therefore the measures of reconstructing the method of joint crime and adapting same behavior theory are,to a large extent,the solutions to solve the difficulties of remedies for Internet joint crime.At the same time,the alienation of Internet of remedies is capable of bringing about the evaluation mode of the abettor,but it is weak in covering all range of Internet remedies featuring criminal punishment.Based on what has been discussed,it is necessary to make laws so that mistakes can be remedied.The comprehensive,reasonable,and effective criminal regulations for Internet remedy can be made by sticking to the route of accomplice settlement,together with the help of behavior rectification of the criminal.What is more,the Amendment 9 to Criminal Law is made to crack down on criminal activities in information network and is the law to rectify the behavior of criminal.This amendment focuses on the management of conviction of crime of remedy and expands the scope of criminal punishment.In order to restrict the expansion of crime,it is necessary to make further restriction for the scope and degree of the newly-added punishement so that the application extension of this law is free from accusation.
