The Investigation On Custom Of Building Tomb In Xingguo County,Jiangxi Province

Fungshui(风水)is a major feature of Xingguo Hakka culture,three Liaos Fengshui village,which known to the world,and the Hakka country has always attached great importance to the tomb,which as a Fengshui House.There are rich folk customs in the process of building graves,which involve the practice of Confucian culture,ancestor worship,natural worship and various taboos.The custom of tomb building has maintained a tenacious vitality through vicissitudes of life,and with the improvement of people’s living standards,the level of graves has also been raised.This paper uses the field investigation method to record the tomb creation completely in various folk customs,and also makes a comparative analysis to the funeral and intement tomb building custom,as well as the Shengji(生基),which tries to excavate the folk custom connotation and folk psychology.This thesis is divided into seven parts,the first part is the introduction,wh ich introduces the topic choice and research goal,the correlation research sum mary,the research methods and significance and the field spot survey.The sec ond part introduces the general situation of Jun village,The distribution and th e shape of tombs.The third part analyze the Fengshui Master.The fourth part is mainly made a complete record of the tomb building custom,and also m akes a comparative analysis to the funeral and interment tomb building,as wel 1 as the Shengji.The fifth part makes an analysis of the changes of the custo m of the tomb construction,and uses the relevant theories of cultural anthropol ogy to analyze it.The sixth part mainly analyzes the tomb building custom cu lture connotation,including ancient relics,taboos culture and the core idea of a ncestor worship.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper.
