At present,China's urban community construction is in full swing to accelerate,more and more residents into the urban community to become a member of the urban community,a large number of residents to make the community management tasks increased,more difficult to manage,so in the Community members in the management process,we must play the leading role of community members,so that party members in the community construction process to play an exemplary role in leading the community residents to participate in community governance,to achieve autonomy.How to deal with and solve the problems of community party building,enhance the quality of community governance,the need to give full play to the role of party members.The role of party members in community governance mainly has the following aspects:on the one hand,the community party members play a leading role in promoting more residents to participate in community governance,and better serve the community;the other hand,the management of our community members With a lot of practical problems,its play a leading role in a serious setback.At present,in order to adapt to the coordinated development of urban economy and society,the role of community party members in community governance is more and more prominent.The degree of its exemplary role is directly related to the stability of the community and the foundation of the party.The central topic of this paper is about the connotation of community members and how to play the exemplary role of community party members in community governance.This paper mainly has four chapters.Among them,the first chapter introduces the reason of the topic,and summarizes the phased characteristics of the literature of the community party members and its main contents and methods.Clarifies the basis of this topic,the purpose of the study,the status quo and significance,and finally the whole idea of this study,research methods made the necessary description.The first chapter analyzes the basic situation of Y community,the practice of Y community member,the practice of Y community party member management,the basic situation of Y community before the opening of conference meeting technology The Chapter 3 analyzes the open space conference technology in the Y community in use.Including:Xiong Xiangguo Party members volunteer service station set up the background,the reasons,goals,service station establishment process,open space conference after the evaluation,and for summary analysis.The fourth chapter analyzes how the role of exemplary party members should be effective and the theoretical summary is analyzed from four aspects:concept change,role change,mode change and mechanism change.How to play the exemplary role of community party members?This paper concludes that it is necessary to change the community secretary,the concept,the role and the way of the staff of the community neighborhood committee;to mobilize the enthusiasm of the community party members through the exchange of public welfare points,so that the community party members take the initiative to participate in the community governance;give full play to party members subjective initiative,Reduce the burden of community neighborhood committees,and enhance the leading role of community members.
