Political Psychology Research Of Chinese Private Entrepreneurs To Join The Communist Party Of China

The construction of the communist party of China has been a real hot topic in the field of political science,and is one of important magic weapons of the political party to gather strength and keep alive.With the deepening of the reform and opening up,China steps into a period of comprehensive and profound transformation,several significant changes take place on the structure of economic and social,emerging social forces and classes appear and grow,private entrepreneurs is one of the most influential groups.In order to ensure the political party's vitality and private entrepreneurs' regular channels of political participation,the research of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China has a great practical significance.This paper constructs a set of systematic and complete political psychological analysis framework,based on the investigation of K city,researches the political psychology of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China.From the four political psychological dimensions of political cognition,political intention,political evaluation,political attitude,uncover the political psychology of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China comprehensively,there are several problems on the political psychology of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China:the deficiencies of psychology cognitive to join the communist party of China,the biases of psychology cognitive to the communist party of China,the "weak and not pure" motive of joining the communist party of China,relatively weak beliefs to the communist party of China,the low of political satisfaction,the lack of political self-efficacy,the deviation of the political value,the weak of the political consciousness.Again from three aspects of private entrepreneurs,the communist party of China,the system environment,the author analyzes the reasons of the political psychological problems of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China:the subject level limit of private entrepreneurs in the low of the political literacy and the lack of political skills,the object level limit of the communist party of China in the imperfect organization construction and the insufficient effect of party's style construction,the environment level limit of system in inadequate supply and no fully enforcement of system.In order to solve the problems of the private entrepreneurs to join the party's political psychology,this paper puts forward the paths of adjustment the political psychology of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China,from three aspects:stimulate the consciousness of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China,cultivate the confidence of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China,enhance the self-efficacy of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China.The innovation of this article lies in the research perspective,research methods,theoretical analysis framework and the research train of thought.Academic research about the party construction of private entrepreneurs mostly carry on the macroscopic research of the construction of the party organization from the private enterprise economic organization unit's angle,ignore the subject status and the individuality of the private entrepreneurs,research methods use theoretical analysis mostly and empirical research methods are relatively rare.This paper tries to treat the individual private entrepreneurs in the natural human standard as the main object,with research orientation on the revelation of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China and the integrated use of normative research method and empirical research method,constructs a set of systematic and complete political psychological analysis framework,presents the political psychology of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China comprehensively,analyzes the political psychological problems of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China,dissects the reasons of the problems and probes into the targeted and feasible adjustment paths,for some enlightenment to solve practical obstacle problems of private entrepreneurs to join the communist party of China and realize the benign interaction between the communist party of China organizations and private entrepreneurs.
