Study On The Political Party Cultural Construction Of The Communist Party Of China(2002-2012)

Party culture construction is an important topic of the party construction. It relates to the formation and consolidation of party organization. It helps to improve and enhance the party’s governing capacity, and maintain and consolidate the ruling legitimacy. In this essay, the cultural building of the Chinese Communist Party is gradually and thoroughly stated from four aspects, including ideology, organizational psychology, system specification and behavior style, according to the alternately stage of collective leadership, from2002to2012. During this decade, the party ideological construction of the communist party of China mainly from three aspects:one is the ideological innovation, form the concept of scientific development; another is the socialization of ideologicalconstruction of the socialist core value system; the other isorganizational guarantee for the construction of ideology,strengthening the cadres’ team construction.The third part is about the exploration and organizationalpsychology of the Chinese Communist Party. It matters a lot inpromoting the party cultural factors. During this decade, the ChineseCommunist Party insists on learning Marxism and using advancededucation to enhance the ideal and faith, developing inner partydemocracy to promote harmony in the party. Through the combinationof hard system and soft education phase, provide psychologicalsupport for the political party culture.The fourth part is about exploration and construction in thesystem specification. The party promotes and guarantees thepolitical party culture construction by innovation of the partyconstitution and democratic centralism, such as the partyconstitution revise and improve the perfect within the partydemocratic centralism.The fifth part describes the exploration and construction in thebehavior style. The image of the party is directly reflected by behaviorstyle.
