Reseach On The Rights Of Organ Donors

With the continuous development of life science,the transplantation of human organs and the use of possible,human organ transplant technology for those patients with organ failure brings the hope of life.But every year there are patient because they cannot implement organ transplants and face death,there are several reasons lead to appear this kind of phenomenon,mainly because of serious lack of organ donors,a lot of people don't want to go to the exercise of the rights,laws and regulations of the rights and no clear rules.Content of this article consists of four parts,respectively for the rights of the organ donors are analyzed: the first part,the present status of organ donation and value analysis,this part is mainly on the concept,the development of organ donation,classification and value analysis,the organ donation made a simple introduction;The second part,analyzed the organ donation law and inadequate,both at home and abroad are introduced in the organ donation law,as well as organ donors rights protection problems,main purpose of this part is based on the domestic and foreign related legislation,combined with the actual situation of our country comparison and analysis,to improve the rights of donors in China;The third part,the donor shall have the right to analyzed and defined,the connotation and nature of a more comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the donor shall have the right to;The fourth part is based on their own understanding and the understanding,to make the construction of organ donation right system in China.This paper mainly discusses the related issues of donor rights,in order to exist on the one hand,to our country to donate field problem solution is put forward,on the other hand,are looking forward to through the legal nature of human organs clearly and the improvement of the donation system related to encourage the public to join to the donation of body organs to,contribute an own strength for the society.
