The development and decline of Hungarian politics is a model for the European continent, especially the Eastern European countries.By observing the history of the rising of the great barons, the nobles and the king in different historical stages of Hungary,as well as the evolution of the status of the various social strata,to investigate the process of building a powerful country and the process of failure. Then the criticism and reflection of contemporary constitutionalism for the state and the approach to find the road of national prosperity. This paper is divided into introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction mainly expounds the research topic, research significance, research status and literature review. The body part is divided into six chapters.Chapter One focuses on the particularity of the Hungarian issue, which mainly discusses the other aspects of the constitutionalism in Hungary, which leads to the problems to be discussed in this paper.First of all,how Hungary's constitutionalism came into being.Second, what is the difference between constitutionalism and other countries. Finally, why Hungary's constitutionalism led to the failure of the state.Chapter Two describes the history of the evolution of the status of the aristocracy in the early Middle Ages of Hungary from the beginning of 1000.The transition from nomadic state to Western European political society is the symbol of the origin of the Hungarian state. To explore the differentiation of the national class, especially the rise and the course of the great aristocracy. This process begins in 1000 king Stephen converted to Christianity, prior to the 1222 promulgation of the "golden charter" form the basic form, the 200 years of history,is a process of aristocratic family system gradually established, the process is a small elite group formed late. This chapter also describes the background of the "golden charter",which will pave the way for the next chapter to discuss the contents of the golden charter. The third chapter mainly analyzes the text of the "golden charter","charter" gold occupies an important position in the Hungarian constitutional history, domestic when mentioned in medieval Hungary's history, without exception, will mention the "golden charter" the promulgation of this historical event. But there are no books and articles about this event. In this chapter, the law will try to detailed combing the "golden charter",and do some analysis on it,in order to compromise and struggle between the aristocracy and the study about 1222 the Hungarian king,to strengthen this argument.Chapter Four focuses on the social economic and political changes before and after the reign of the dynasty, which was a period of rapid change of serfdom and the rise of lower nobility. It also talked about the issue of Parliament, the relationship between the various sectors of the flow and struggle. The essence of constitutionalism is the balance of power, which is the final state of confrontation and balance between class and class.Only the king and the nobility of the two yuan is not enough to form a constitutional form,it is either caused by the separatist state of tyranny, despotism or raging king. This chapter attempts to describe the living conditions of the lower social strata in Hungary, and tries to mention the struggles of ordinary peasants under serfdom.During the period of the Renaissance in Western Europe, the movement and thought of the West undoubtedly influenced the relatively conservative Hungary, which led to the revolt of the peasantry. The fifth chapter talks about the last emperor of Hungary to try to build a powerful empire.Tells the story of King Magas efforts and the failure of the last, point out the theme, namely a powerful country for the importance of the rule of law.It also tells us that the Osman empire is the representative of a typical absolute state, and that the kingdom of Hungary was finally destroyed by the system of the other countries in the struggle against Hungary at that time.In order to illustrate that constitutionalism does not necessarily bring about the desired consequences,in this section,I also refer to the Osman empire as a comparative reference. In order to observe,so that the geographical proximity of the two countries, under the different system,in the end what kind of consequences.King Magas period is Hungary last attempt to create a strong national opportunities, though they have such opportunities, but still difficult to get rid of the Hungarian hundreds of years of political history produced by the inertia, the final subjugation.A powerful aristocracy is the resistance to the reform of the king, but also the main culprit in the fall of hungary. In the Chapter Six,the causes and consequences of the decline of Hungary in constitutionalism are clarified. The final conclusion expresses some views of the author. The conclusion is that the successful political system should not only have a strong unity, can enforce the law in the territory, but also have a strong cohesion, can be responsible for the country's social responsibility system. The balance between a strong state and a strong society can lead to democracy, whether it is in the middle ages,or in developed democracies.
