The Analysis And Design Of The 110 Social Interaction Digital Distribution System

With the development of the 110 alarm service of public security department,a new topic '110 Joint Action and Social Services' was raised,which is an important means to the management of the city modernization and the improvement of government management.The topic is a social welfare which is closely related to the public life,aninevitable choice for theadministrative department to improve the level of serving the public in the new trends,an important support to build a harmonious society,an important symbol of police digitization,and a strategy choice to improve the level of overall work ability and service of the public security department and the linkage department.Also,it is a more effective and convenientemergency system for the public which relies on the corporation between the 110 alarm service and the relevant departments.Based on the actual situation of the Xiamen Police Public Security Departmentand other social interaction units,combined with the analysis and design of 110 social interaction digital distribution system,this paper mainly analyzes the following issues:1.Analysis on the demand of Social Joint Distribution.Mainly introduce the social interaction system of Xiamen,the functions of various departments and the scheduling functions of Command center,further analyze each user needs,and then determine the business and functional scopes of the system.2.Research and design of the 110 social linkage digital distributionsystem.Focus on organicallycombination the alarm system of the digital distribution terminal devices of the linkage units.3.A structure to meet the different needs of social interaction departments.The linkage departments of Xiamen City have their own personalized applications so that they can achieve seamless access to 110 alarm linkage by the digital approach.
