in the current reality,the tendency of social class structure to spread is influencing the upward mobility of the new generation of migrant workers.Harden the social class structure is characterized by stable social class relations,social class gap perception polarization,social class,the phenomenon of the solid,exclusivity,shielding,and traditional social mobility channel fading.In this paper,through the empirical research the new generation migrant workers objective environment,according to the perception,subjective well-being and behavior tendency,media information,media discourse,media relations index and flow obstacles such as relevance,to dig out the flow in the process of the obstacle problem.Found that the new generation migrant workers mainly displays in the upward mobility of the obstacle factors,native home environment poor,weak economic foundation and systemic education disjointed,the structural differences of self,realistic situation the changes of the environment,also cannot leave the poverty culture molding the utility of new generation of migrant workers.Media empowerment is the internal drive to break the upward mobility of the new generation of migrant workers.And SPSS19.0 was applied to data analysis and mining,the study found that first,the adjustment of the Cenozoic migrant workers exist psychological balance,generally are more likely to be satisfied,and higher self subjective well-being.Secondly,the new generation of farmers in education there is a phenomenon of "hitch" in the self,the ego cognition is often not clear,so I to self,will lead to a false illusion of self,self depressive,and power of self discipline.Under the bondage of transcending the true self demand,the subject self-development tends to be stagnated and stereotyped.Third,based on the improvement of economic structure,it is the key factor that drives the new generation of migrant workers to cross region.Weak economic structure and poor social resources are the main factors that restrict the flow limit.At the same time,the new generation of migrant workers in the professional role selection frequently mobile strong.Its marginalization of expression,the new generation of migrant workers,the information demand of shallow old heritage,social relations,public affairs to participate in the absence of sex,but involving self-interest appeal behavior show the rationalization.Fifth,the new generation of migrant workers groups are often classified,so that their self-identity is not strong.The key for the new generation of migrant workers to realize upward mobility is the awakening of their subject's self-awareness.It also needs to solve the self,construct the self-consciousness of the subject,strengthen its own subjectivity,and enhance self-learning consciousness.At the same time,it is necessary to actively participate in the media education practice activities and explore the practical utility of network media,and through education self-actualization subject's structural optimization.In the whole environment,the new generation of migrant workers should make full use of the symbolic capital,such as information,discourse and relationship,and turn it into a constructive force of self,and realize the inactivity of self.
