| As a well-known French political theorist in the 20 th century,Raymond Aron has great influence in political science,sociology and other fields.Aron witnessed two world wars,and as an "involved spectator",he was able to comment on French politics and politics,leaving the future generation with extremely fruitful ideological achievements.This article is divided into three chapters.It analyzes Raymond Aron’s ideas of democracy and freedom.Based on further considerations and in light of China’s actual situation,this article analyzes the inspiration of Aron’s thoughts to the construction of democracy and the rule of law in China.The first chapter mainly introduces the age background of Raymond Aron,understands the theoretical basis of Raymond Aron’s political ethics,and mainly introduces Raymond Aron’s domestic political ethics,including Aron’s concept of freedom,democracy and equality.Through the research and analysis of Aron’s domestic political ethics,we have seen Aron ’ s respect for the law and the maintenance of a democratic constitutional government.On the basis of the first chapter,the second chapter compares Aron’s commentary on Tocqueville’s and Marx’s theory of "liberal democracy".The reasons for the fragility of democracy are discriminated,and the totalitarian power under the character of different regimes is criticized.When totalitarianism is linked to war,it will cause great blows to democracy.The third chapter undertakes the second chapter of the thesis,discusses the contribution and limitations of Aron’s concept of freedom.Compare Aron’s democratic ideas with Sartori’s "competitive-feedback" democracy.Finally,we analyze the inspiration of Aron’s thought to the construction of democracy and law in our country.Aron,based on the capitalist system,put forward requirements for freedom and democracy under the capitalist system.His emphasis on the rule of law and the choice of the path to democracy have had a tremendous impact worldwide.However,his blind maintenance of the capitalist system has also limited him and he has failed to overcome his limitations in his entire life.The implementation of the proposed concrete measures only hopes for the development of society. |
