The defense is the important carrier of the defense opinion in the trial of the criminal case.The quality of the defense words can fully reflect whether the defender is careful to read the papers before the court,investigate and collect evidence,and make sufficient preparations for the defendant to make effective defense.At the same time,the quality of defense also directly reflects the legal accomplishment and professionalism of the defenders.However,for a long time,the defense has not been fully appreciated in legal theory and legal practice.Our country has no uniform norms and standards for the production of defense words,nor does it provide an effective platform for online defense.Only some scholars have done some research on the court language and court skills of the defenders,and lack the theoretical and comprehensiveness of the research on defense words.In addition,in practice,there are a large number of submissions in verbal and writing the wrong question,lack of logic and content,quality is uneven,lead to ineffective defense and the harmful defense even.It is precisely because these defenders do not actively and conscientiously carry out their defense duties and responsibilities that the interests of the client cannot be effectively maintained.In this paper,the author discusses how to make excellent defense words,which includes both theoretical and practical problems.This article is beginning with the value of a good justification,study the problems arising from the justification and analyze the causes of the problem,which leads to good justification needs from the form and substance in the two major production,and then lead to the outlook for good justification,defenders make justification to provide value reference for the future.
