Compulsory detoxification system as our country promulgated "anti drug law"after a new treatment mode,unified and replaced the previously responsible by the public security organs responsible for compulsory treatment and judicial administrative organs of the labor reeducation,and voluntary drug treatment,community drug rehabilitation measures consist of the system architecture in china.Since the implementation of the system,has made some achievements,there are some problems.This paper from the forced isolation treatment after the implementation of the humanized X province forced isolation treatment mode for example as a starting point,discusses the system of compulsory isolation treatment problems in the practice,combined with the work experience and for better X humanized rehabilitation mode in the province put forward feasible suggestions,in order to me in the system of compulsory isolation treatment.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,combined with the actual current compulsory detoxification work,access to a large number of domestic and foreign research on the literature of drug administration on the basis of the research focus,the background of this paper,the relevant literature and research methods are summarized;the second part introduces the basic situation of the current system of compulsory isolation treatment;third part,this paper expounds the present situation of China’s compulsory isolation detoxification,and expatiates the problems and the causes of the problems are analyzed;the fourth part of the human X,forced isolation treatment model as an example,to explore the human nature of compulsory isolation detoxification may try;the fifth part discusses our country compulsory isolation treatment system perfect path selection.
