Analysis On Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Compulsory Isolation Detoxification

In recent years, the drug problem is increasingly serious, becoming a global hot topic. It not only influences the family stability, but also makes the society disharmonious, moreover, it can affect the sustainable development of our descendants. The establishment compulsory isolated detoxification center in our country, through intensifying the level our drug rehabilitation, is one of the measures to deal with drug abuse which is a serious problem of society and economy. In this paper, by analyzing the concrete examples, points out the problems existing in our management of compulsory isolated detoxification centers and why they appeared. It also puts forward the measures to improve our management of compulsory isolated detoxification centers for advancing the overall development of our drug rehabilitation and promoting the process of building a socialist harmonious society.This paper, at first, introduces the related concepts and theories of our managing compulsory isolation detoxification, and analyzes the means and characteristics of that. Then with the example of a compulsory isolation detoxification center in Hunan province, this paper analyzes the problems in the three aspects of the management concept, management system and management concept of the compulsory isolation drug treatment and why those problems emerged in X drug rehabilitation center of Hunan Province. At last,the paper, with lots of discussion, systematically advances the measures of our managing compulsory isolation detoxification as follows. Our work should adhere to “people-oriented”, “management according to law” and “comprehensive correction” of the three drug management philosophy as the guide, be based on straightening out the institution of managing drug rehabilitation, improving specific system of managing drug rehabilitation. By the way of creating the content and means of drug rehabilitation and carrying out the “three, four, five, six” managing model of drug rehabilitation, drug diagnostic assessment as the core of drug rehabilitation will be being perfected and the management ability of compulsory isolated detoxification will be constantly strengthened.
