Research On The Rehabilitation Of Female Offenders From The Perspective Of Individualized Execution

Individualized execution emphasizes that the object of execution is individual-specific offenders,who are not in common in terms of crime.Even if the situation is similar,their psychological characteristics,family background,social experience as well as the need for the rehabilitation method are different.The rehabilitation of female offenders is the focus of women's prison execution.Considering that female offenders are offenders who violated the offender law of the state,while they are different in terms of women's physiology,psychology and behavior,it is essential to take gender-specific measures according to the individual difference in order to achieve the purpose of offender rehabilitation and promote the smooth return of female offenders.However,in the actual operation,the result of "characteristic rehabilitation" of women's prison is not obvious,or even there is the problem of management convergence between men's and women's prisons.Even as female offenders,they are different in terms of personality,education level,crime circumstances,psychological state,personal dangerousness.Taking a certainfemale prison in Yunnan as an example,the author analyzes the existing problems in classification,protection of rights and interests in women's prison,studies the structure characteristics,psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics of female prisoners in detention,and proposes countermeasures and proposals on the rehabilitation of female offenders.With "the rehabilitation of female offenders from the perspective of individualized execution" as its focus,this paper is divided into 5 parts with an introduction.The first part:the analysis of the current status of rehabilitation of female offenders in the work of "standardized fine management".The second part:the basic characteristics of female offenders at this stage.The third part:application of individualized management and individualized educationseparately in individualized execution in the process of rehabilitation of female offenders.The fourth part:analysis of the existing problems of the individualized execution in the rehabilitation of female offenders.The fifth part:proposals and countermeasures on the existing application and problems of individualized execution in the rehabilitation of female offenders.
