Research On Problems And Perfection Countermeasures Of Offender Rehabilitation In Hainan Province In The New Era

Offender rehabilitation,turning offenders into law-abiding citizens has always been an unavoidable subject for humankind.Since ancient times,the Chinese and foreign countries have made great efforts to this end,and some countries have also made certain achievements.As a part of society,offender often give people a bad impression in society,but as an inseparable factor of a normal society,they have a huge social impact,and their success is not only related to their success to the surrounding environment that they can affect,its impact on the entire society has a huge inestimable radiation effect.Hainan Province wants to build a free trade zone,create China’s first free trade island in the new era,and be internationally oriented.In terms of the current rule of law environment in Hainan Province,strengthen the research on the offender rehabilitation to transform offenders into law-abiding citizens and promote social development.Making positive contributions will create a good legal environment and social atmosphere for the construction of Hainan Province.Modern prison execution is no longer a simple imprisonment and labor reform in the traditional sense.The government has increasingly valued the education rehabilitate and correction of offenders,which has made the prison business a special and great educational cause.Although this great cause is extremely difficult and tortuous,countless prison people’s police still work for it,and many scholars are working hard to analyze prison theory and practice in the era of change.Offender rehabilitation is a research topic that is both practical and theoretical.This thesis uses empirical investigation methods,literature research methods,and multidisciplinary research methods to start from the historical origin of the offender rehabilitation,and combines the theory and practice of offender rehabilitation at home and abroad.Standing at the height of the modernization of the national governance system,we put forward corresponding countermeasures to the practical problems and opportunities facing the offender rehabilitation in Hainan Province at present.This article analyzes the current problems of offender rehabilitation in Hainan Province,from the offender rehabilitation concept,laws and regulations,government support,prison police management system,informatization construction to the lack of offender rehabilitation knowledge,analyzes the system,economic support,Social culture,scientific and technological support,personnel quality and other reasons.Therefore,countermeasures to establish the concept of offender rehabilitation in the new era,build and improve the offender rehabilitation system,reform the current police management system,establish a linkage mechanism for offender rehabilitation,prepare a new information platform,and protect prison police forces,in order to help supervisors solve problems encountered in actual work and improve the modernization of crime prevention and control systems.
